Madam,
We received your package with the bottle of
oil and we thank you. In tasting I found it of a very good
consistency and a particularly attractive colour. I find
very little acidity in it, but it does have a slight
tingle. It is a very flattering oil to the taste,
thoroughly agreeable which misses a little consistency and
persistence.
